What We Do
We provide Luxury Concierge Services for Palm Beach County as well as the Colorado Front Range. We assist rental owners and their guests in cultivating relationships and ensuring vacation time is well spent.
We provide vacation rental management so you don't have to. This includes managing vacation rental sites, booking cleanings, and ensuring units are compliant with local rules and regulations.
Whether you need assistance with managing your rental, guest check in/check out services, dinner or activity reservations, in house amenity services, pet services or simply just a knowledgeable and connected local onsite contact, we are here to help.

Vacation
Services
We are happy to offer services such as grocery shopping, amenity set up for special occasions, as well as assisting your guests with booking reservations and activities. We love Palm Beach and have relationships with great local partners to ensure your guests are experiencing the "Best of" during their visit.
Rental
Management
We can manage your vacation rental so you don't have to. We provide assistance with set up, photos, bookings, cleanings, amenity refreshment, and ensuring your rental is up to date with all regulations and taxes.
Full Property Management Packages
Initial Registration
Flat fee (with selection of Gold or Platinum Package)
- Market research on local pricing and trends as well as comp set report of similar properties.
- Creation and maintenance of the listing on two of the following platforms:
AirBnb, VRBO/Home Away, Trip Advisor, Booking.com, Furnished Finder* (additional fee paid directly to Furnished Finder)
(Registration on more than two platforms incur an additional one-time registration fee per platform)
- Management of listing information, such as titles and descriptions, photos, tax information, collected and edit all other details for the listing. This is also updated automatically on an as need basis after the initial registration.
- Personalized guidebook for guests printed and provided with local recommendations, check in/check out instructions, house rules, etc.
- Virtual or live walk through of property prior to listing. recommendations of supplies needed as generally requested by guests, review of photos, decor, amenities, etc.
- Assistance with hiring cleaners, maintenance and market pricing.
Gold Package
Revenue Management:
Monthly review of property statistics and pricing and seasonality in local market. Pricing will be updated based on the market, special offers provided based upon need dates and seasonality. Details to be provided to owner with end of month recap.
Calendar Management:
- Edit calendar-keep the listing’s availability up to date and concurrent on all platforms.
- Manage price settings, including seasonal pricing and longer stay discounts
- Get support from booking sources for issues relating to account (as needed)
Pre-Booking:
- Ensure all guest questions and inquiries are responded to within one hour of receipt, when possible, to ensure 100% host response rate.
- Review guests profiles' and reviews to ensure they are a good fit for the property (when applicable).
Prior to stay:
- Guests contacted and guest information notated (car, pets, additional guests etc).
- Create or respond to trip change requests, including canceling and changing dates, number of guests, etc.
- Message with guests-get to know guests, answer questions, resolve issues, etc.
- Provide house rules.
- Cleaner scheduled and paid directly by LHR (collected and paid for from booking platform).
- Detailed check-in instructions provided to guests.
Post booking:
- Provide check out instructions, write review for guests, handle any additional monies due.
- End of month recap provided to owner.
Platinum Package
The Platinum Package has all the benefits of the Gold Package with the following additions:
Supplies:
Purchase and restock basic essential supplies & welcome basket (with no additional monthly charge) storage and inventory to be coordinated by LHR with housecleaner.
Sample Amenity Refresh
Bathroom- two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, miniature shampoo/conditioner, bar of soap, hand soap
Kitchen: dish soap pods, dish soap liquid, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels
Laundry: laundry pods or bulk soap
Welcome Basket: Snacks (sweet and savory) bottles of water
Services:
Monthly or Bi Monthly visits to property to drop off supplies, monitor wear and tear, ensure housekeeping standards, etc.
Monthly tax documentation for Palm Beach County
On-Site assistance as needed for owner
Concierge Services for guests (restaurant reservations, activity booking, etc.

Our Palm Beach Vacation Homes
We currently manage four luxury condominiums in Boynton Beach, just steps away from the ocean. We can provide a rental car service, airport pick up, and beach pass access.
Three units are in Casa Costa Condominiums. Each unit can comfortably sleep up to four guests, as they include private bedrooms and couches that convert into queen sleepers.
The units located in Casa Costa offers resort style amenities such as 24/7 front desk staff, full service gym, complimentary valet parking, and a roof top pool with ocean views.
Casa Costa Condominiums- walking distance to the beach and multiple waterfront dining options.
